Dinky 106
Dinky 106 'The Prisoner' Mini-Moke. Scarce version with CHROME windscreen frame & light brown running boards & side details. Near mint plus/boxed. From The Inverness Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1967-70, and inspired by The Prisoner’ t.v. series from this period, this Mini Moke model is in fine original, close to mint condition with a white finish, chrome windscreen frame, light brown finish on running boards & side sections, complete red and white striped canopy (clean and fresh), intact white plastic aerial and intact bonnet label, front and rear ‘Taxi’ labels. Shiny spun wheels.
As is nearly always the case, there is a small crack to the plastic cover for the spare wheel. Little paint chip at an exposed edge.
The removable canopy is complete with all four plastic struts intact (still banded in place).
The colourfully illustrated pictorial card box is bright, clean and crisp. Not an easy variation to find.
