Notes
An extremely rare set comprising:
1) Corgi 1146 Scammell Carrimore Mk. V in orange, white and blue, with four black plastic chocks. Jewelled headlights, detailed cast wheels. Very near mint condition. Looks unused with barely a mark.
2) Corgi 305 Mini Marcos in blue, with red interior. Whizzwheels. An extremely rare colour variation, only ever found as part of this Gift Set. Excellent plus condition, with complete transfers on both sides. Chips (small) to the paint finish are mostly confined to the front bumper edge.
3) Corgi 311 Ford Capri in bright red with a matte black bonnet. Jewelled headlights. Black interior. Whizzwheels. Near mint plus.
4) Corgi 377 Marcos 3 Litre. Scarce version in pearlised cream-white with blue-grey sunroof section. Red interior. Whizzwheels. Near mint plus ( very few little marks – mostly head on).
5) Corgi 201 Saint’s Volvo. Scarce version with a red bonnet label. Jewelled headlights. Whizzwheels. Very near mint.
6) Corgi 378 MGC GT in bright scarlet with a matt black bonnet. Jewelled headlights. Whizzwheels. Very near mint.
7) Corgi 204 Morris Mini-Minor, in orange with a lemon interior, silver trim. Whizzwheels. Very near mint.
Includes little & large Instruction Leaflets for the Scammell Car Transporter (one incorporates a Club Membership Form).
Polystyrene base is complete, sound and bright with minor wear and a little grubbiness only.
Lift-off lid is complete and brightly-coloured, although note some wear and tear, including a couple of repairs to the lid. The cellophane has been replaced at some time. It is not surprising that such a large expanse of fragile cellophane would suffer damage.
