Dinky 412
Dinky 30J/412 Austin Wagon. Deep mid-blue issue with paler blue wheels. Very, very near mint/boxed (wear). From The Rickman Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1954-60 in four different colour finishes, this deep mid-blue version may not be the rarest but it is one of our favourites! A striking and eye-catching truck on display:
Bright base and smooth, well-shaped original tyres.
Such a lustrous sheen to the paint finish – a real gem. Complete and intact original radiator and headlight assembly with original detailing, contrasts nicely with the deep mid-blue finish. In virtually mint condition.
The pictorial box has not fared so well, however. Light wear and note the areas of surface loss at an end flap.
