Dinky 431
Dinky 431 Guy Warrior 4 Ton Lorry. Very near mint/boxed, with card packing. Early issue without window glazing. Scarce model from The Rickman Collection.
Notes
This Guy 4-Ton Lorry has a light tan cab and chassis, deep green back, paler green hubs. No window glazing on this early issue (1958-59). So fresh and bright with day-one original colours throughout.
Tyres are well-shaped, although note that one in particular has some surface splitting.
Complete and bright card box has light wear, commensurate with age. You can see why Dinky preferred to house their comparatively heavy commercials in the sturdier card boxes. However, this box has survived well – just a little grubbiness, light handling wear and a crease on the underside. Period price at an end flap.

We have not seen a better example – or indeed any as good! This is the cream of the Dinky crop!
