Notes
Issued between 1965-68, in various colour finishes, this attractive American car has the rarest colour finish i.e. kingfisher blue, with a blue-green interior.
An eye-catching model in this distinctive shade. This particular colour finish seems to have been especially difficult for Corgi – and is nearly always flaky. This example has a small flake of paint at a door edge and a couple of smaller marks besides. Opening bonnet reveals a detailed engine. Opening boot still has the little set of golf clubs inside!
It comes complete with both seated figures.
Note that during factory assembly the windscreen was not fully located into its aperture so is now loose. Perfectly intact and could be clicked into place ( but we have not done so).
The pictorial box has the green model pictured. Crisp and clean, although note a thumb tear at a small end flap seam. Indentation at an end flap. Period price is pencilled nearby. Card packing ring included.
