Corgi 482
Corgi 482 Chevrolet Fire Chief Car. Very, very near mint/boxed. Shaped spun wheel issue. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
Issued 1966-69. This is a pleasing example in original condition with complete circular “Fire Dept” labels on both doors and shaped spun wheels with suspension. Fine tread original tyres are well-shaped. Bright chrome stripe and bumpers, an intact bonnet logo, complete aerial, and blue light on the roof.
Spring suspension is fine.
Gleaming paint finish throughout shows minimal handling. Faint pen mark or similar on the windscreen (probably factory assembly , since it is on the insdie surface). Lightest age wear to the paper labels. Paint finish is mint.
The box is very bright and complete, with no tears. Small area of surface loss on one face. Faintly penciled number on the other face. Pencilled number at an end flap. Very minor age/handling wear besides.
