Corgi 348
Corgi 348 Ford Mustang Stock Racing Car. Very near mint/boxed. Rare version with 'FLOWER POWER" label on the boot. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
Issued 1968-69, with a lilac blue finish and distinctive ‘Pop Art’ Flower Power labels throughout. Detailed cast wheels with suspension, and racing number 20. Rare version with ‘Flower Power’ label on boot (as pictured on the box). The bright psychedelic labels are eye-catching, complete, save for a couple of little nicks to one of the door labels. Jewelled headlights, opening doors and a perfect Mustang radiator grille label. Bright chrome finish on the bumpers (notably unrubbed). Pale green-blue interior.
Note the very small fleck of factory lilac blue paint which has affixed itself to the bonnet label.
Except for a tiny rub at a door handle, the paint finish is mint.
The pictorial box is very fresh – day-one bright colours and ever so crisp! Period price is penned at an end flap. Tiny wear only. Corgi Club Membership Form is included.
