Notes
A charming early Corgi commercial model made between 1956-60. In all original condition with a bright ‘pillar box’ red finish, flat spun wheelsA few tiny edge nibbles to the ‘KLG’ labels. Motorised function on this model has been tested and works perfectly. This van has a pleasing, lustrous finish and has had minimal handling.
Hard to find a mark to the paint finish – stray dot of factory silver near the radiator.
The early deeply-coloured picture box is complete, if looking a touch worn now. Fleck of surface loss at an end flap. Corgi Promotional Booklet:
