Corgi 270
Corgi 270 James Bond Aston Martin. Very near mint/boxed. Rarest box issue. Version WITHOUT 270 printed on box face. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
The hardest to find box version of this popular James Bond Aston Martin. Issued during 1973 only in this slim blue and yellow window box. Note this is the version without 270 printed on the front surface.
This James Bond DB5 has a silky metallic silver finish, fully-functioning. Ejector seat mechanism (functions properly – but note the roof panel gapes slightly when closed – common fault), revolving number plates, retractable machine guns, tyre slasher blades, telescopic over-riders – this car is literally loaded with features!
The silver paint finish is all original and in virtually mint condition. Note the bright gold radiator. Rear bullet screen. Detailed spoked wheels with slasher blades. Suspension is fine on all wheels.
Still-sealed Instruction Packet , so inside, there will be the Secret Instructions, badge, sheet of number plates, additional spare villain.
The scarce blue and yellow window box without 270 printed on the front surface is complete, vividly-coloured, with an intact original cellophane ‘window’. Light handling wear nearly all confined to end flaps. No tears No graffiti. Crisp feel to the card.
