Notes
One of our favourite French Dinky trucks, this is one of the more difficult to find Dinky Fire Engines. It presents well with a gleaming deep cherry red lustre that has not even a touch of sunfading. With both detachable reels at the rear.
White original tyres (couple of very minor flat spots).
Usual little marks to the paint where the reels attach, small mark on the roof and a little touch in at a side edge.
The striped picture box is clean and bright with no splits or graffiti. ‘Meccano Controle’ Dinky factory Quality Control stamp on the inside of the box lid. Shelf rubbing/wear to underside box base and very minor age wear besides.
