Dinky 156
Dinky 156 Rover 75 Saloon. Maroon with red wheels version. Large print baseplate. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
This classic Dinky Rover Saloon has a rich, original, deep maroon finish with red wheels.
Such an appealing lustre to this rarely handled example:
Shiny base and smooth original tyres )( one has a light flat spot). Note that this model has the large print and 156 on the baseplate.
Small surface mark on one side and a dot of factory silver nearby. Couple of mere dots besides.
The pictorial box is strongly-coloured, crisp and complete. Correct spot at the end flaps too. Lightest wear only.
A very pleasing example – both model and box!
