Notes
A striking Corgi model issued between 1964-68 with a fine gold- plated finish, black interior, intact original windscreen, racing driver, steering wheel. Suspension on detailed spoked wheels. Well-shaped original tyres.
For comparison only, here is the gold-plated model alongside the chrome version:
A nice example which has a tiny nick in the bonnet transfer and the addition of Corgi period accessory tax disc and rear number plate. Racing number 2 is perfect on the bonnet and boot.
The box is very crisp, fresh and bright. Tiny handling wear only and a period price.
