C406
Corgi 406 Land-Rover. Yellow & black. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce with shaped spun wheels in plain stamped box. From The DC Collection.
Notes
A scarce version of this sought-after Corgi model, issued during 1957-62. Original yellow and black finish with shaped spun wheels (usually flat spun) including the spare wheel on the bonnet.
Very nice!
This model has just one little mark on a black roof rib (probably due to box contact) and a few mere dots besides.
Bright fresh paint finish, shiny wheels and baseplate. Supple, as-new original tyres.
The more unusual blue and yellow plain box with factory stamps at the end flaps is complete, crisp and bright. A couple of grubby marks but no tears. Period pencilled price at an end flap. Complete with the early ‘Moorgate’ Corgi Club Membership Form.
