D137
Dinky 137 Plymouth Fury Convertible. Kingfisher Blue. Very, very near mint/boxed. Scarce. First we have ever offered for sale in this lightweight EXPORT BOX. From The 25 Year Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1963-66, this impressive Dinky model has a deep kingfisher blue finish, with a complete and intact detachable white top, red interior and black steering wheel.
Intact, original windscreen, suspension on bright shaped spun hubs. Matte baseplate. Fine tread original tyres look as-new. Opening bonnet reveals a detailed engine. Couple of tiny (probably as-made) marks only! Note the original elastic band is still present on the underside of the car.
These lightweight export boxes are so difficult to find in presentable condition – with original cellophane in place. Just one small puncture. Clean, fresh and bright with minimal wear and a small seam tear. Traces of the original tape which kept the box closed.
Not an easy find.
