Notes

Originally purchased by the owner from a collector who enjoyed touring toy shops in the mid 60’s & early ’70’s buying models that appealed to him. If he could find a bargain then he would buy multiple examples of the same item. His collection comprises Dinky, Corgi and several Spot-On models.

Not an easy model to find in any condition – and this boxed example is one of the nicest we have seen.
Still attached to the card inner with the usual yellow plastic tabs and elastic bands.

Complete, clean ‘Vote For Somebody’ labels on both sides (light age wear) and suspension on shaped spun wheels. Complete with figure, cable and microphone. Not often found complete!

Couple of small marks to the paint finish ( probably as-made).
The card plinth has a little wear including a couple of small tears and the occasional crumple. Both yellow plastic fixing tags are in place underneath securing the model to the roadway.

The card and plastic over sleeve (fragile, so nearly always damaged) has intact card and original cellophane (couple of small splits).
Issued during 1964 only.
