Notes

A desirable two piece Gift Set in original condition issued between 1962-68. A harder to find early example, this set comprises:
1) The Land-Rover has a tinplate canopy and shaped spun wheels. Suspension. It looks very smart and fresh with a gleaming original paint finish, complete with spare wheel on the bonnet. Fresh and bright Chipperfield’s Circus labels on both side of the tinplate tilt. Fine, well-shaped original tyres.
Note the little marking at the rear of the Landrover , however, where it has come into contact with the trailer tow bar.

2) The harder to find grey plastic cage has metal bars ( later plastic detail would replace this), an intact opening rear door and matching hook on the top. Chipperfield’s Circus label at one side. Complete with the original plastic elephant! The blue and red trailer has shiny spun wheels. As-new original tyres. Mark at the tow bar & rear of the Trailer where it has come into contact with the Landrover. Couple of little marks on the bed from the cage.
The card plinth is bright and complete. One small tear at a wheel slot. Light wear besides.

The colourfully illustrated card box is complete, clean, fresh and bright. Very nice! Very minor wear only. Hard to find so good.

Comes complete with the original wrap-around card packing piece. Corgi Club Membership Form is included.
