C456
Corgi 456 ERF Model 44G Dropside Lorry. Very, very near mint/boxed. In lemon and bright metallic blue, shaped spun wheels. A more difficult find in the BLUE & YELLOW BOX. From The Daylight Collection.
Notes
Originally purchased by the owner from a collector who enjoyed touring toy shops in the mid 60’s & early ’70’s buying models that appealed to him. If he could find a bargain then he would buy multiple examples of the same item. His collection comprises Dinky, Corgi and several Spot-On models.
A virtually mint example in all original condition made between 1960-63. The truck is finished in yellow and metallic blue with shaped spun hubs and window glazing.
Finished in eye-catching colours, this is an attractive Corgi Lorry on display. :
A fresh and original lustrous paint finish throughout. Faintest roof rub and a very small, stray flick of factory blue on the cab. A bright baseplate, and spare wheel is still affixed. Tow hook. As-new original tyres.
The harder to find blue and yellow picture box is complete, clean and bright (nearly always found in the blue picture box – first we have offered for sale in along time in this later issue box). Storage crumple. Light wear. Corgi Club Membership Form.
