SO191
Spot-on 191/1 Sunbeam Alpine. Rare issue in BEIGE and white. Near mint plus/boxed, with Collector's Leaflet. From The Daylight Collection.
Notes
Originally purchased by the owner from a collector who enjoyed touring toy shops in the mid 60’s & early ’70’s buying models that appealed to him. If he could find a bargain then he would buy multiple examples of the same item. His collection comprises Dinky, Corgi and several Spot-On models.
Issued during 1963 by the respected Spot-on manufacturer in strictly 1:42 scale.
This particular version is an especially hard to find variation in beige with a white roof. Close to mint condition with a mere dot to the paint finish and minor rubbing on the white roof. Little rub to the front numberplate. Shiny shaped spun wheels and as-new original tyres.
The colourful, fresh card box is bright and complete. Minor age wear only. Shopkeeper’ s price at an end flap. Collectors’ Leaflet is included.
The first we have ever offered for sale in this colour finish.
