Export issue. A superb example that looks as if it has barely been out of its box . Obviously unused. Sealed blister of cones.
Just a little probably as-made mark at a window post.
Clean and complete box has intact original cellophane. Colourfully illustrated background on the card plinth (close to pristine).
Light wear/surface scuffing to the outer box.
Scarce.
