A difficult set to find – particularly in this beautiful condition
This set is complete with all of its original figures unused – in fact they do not appear to have ever been removed from the creamy-yellow card inner.
All are finished in the original khaki – looking splendid with an untouched glossy finish.
The lift-off lid yellow, dual-numbered card box, code 50183, is bright and fresh-looking with a little minor age wear only. Dated April 1946 (Dinky stamp on the inside surface of the box lid). Note too that this model has the new Dinky numbering 606 which occurred in 1946.
