Notes
Inspired by the Gerry Anderson’s T.V. series Captain Scarlet, this model has a deep metallic red finish, a white base and yellow interior. Complete with intact aerial and perfect detailed transfers on one side, tiny dot to the other.. Suspension and jet engine sound!
Paint finish looks mint – although closest scrutiny with magnification finds a little later dab of paint on the nose.
The picture box is complete and bright. Little handling wear and ‘3’ within a circle is visible on one picture face. Nice to see both original packing card pieces are present as well as the Instruction Leaflet. Note too the little period slip to send off for The Meccano Magazine.
