N405
Nicky 405 Army Jeep. Very near mint/boxed. From The Compton Collection.
Notes
Sought-after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
Lustrous military green finish on this Army Jeep with complete transfers and an intact aerial, fine one-piece black plastic wheels & tyres. Intact tow hook, steering wheel and shiny base.
Couple of little marks on the top section of the shiny black windscreen.
Colourful, clean and crisp card box has a small storage crumple at two corners. ATAMCO (Calcutta) print on the box underside.
