Notes
Issued between 1969-72. This impressive set comprises a Scammell Handyman MKIII in blue and red finish with a chrome jib (some tarnishing) and hook as well as a rhinoceros in a plastic cage. Vibrant original paint finish, complete paper labels, detailed cast wheels. Complete and bright “Come to the Circus” label correctly on one side only. Rhino within its intact plastic cage with packing perspex strip and grass/straw detail.
Paint finish is in mint condition.
These white plastic inners are nearly always found with splits since they become so brittle with age this example has fared better than most with a couple of the tiniest nicks.
The outer box has fresh colours on intact card. Light wear. Original cellophane has a small tear.
