C315
Corgi 315 Simca 1000 Competition Model. Rare issue in DEEP METALLIC BLUE. Near mint plus/boxed. With BRIGHT BLUE Corgi Club Membership Form. From The Collection of a Doctor.
Notes
Issued during 1964-66, this Simca model is a difficult find (more usually found with a chrome finish). Attractive deep metallic blue finish with racing stripe and number (nick to the bonnet and boot transfer, tiniest nick to the roof transfer). Vivid red detailed interior. Suspension on bright shaped spun wheels. Fine original treaded tyres.
Couple of light bumper rubs. Paint finish is in mint condition.
The picture box is clean, crisp and bright, with plenty of end flap spring. Very fresh indeed with a barely handled silky feel to the card. Period pencilled price at an end flap. Interesting to find the unusual bright* mid-blue Corgi Club Membership Form* included.
