This Gerry Anderson model inspired by the t.v. series ‘Captain Scarlet & The Mysterons’ is in all original condition with no reproduced parts or repainting.
This early version has a fine, very close to mint metallic blue finish, complete with original figure of Captain Scarlet and firing front rocket. This example has notably complete paper labels and ye-catching transfers( save for a tiny edge ruffle to one transfer, as-made). Nice example with perfect black rubber tracks and aerials. Just a couple of small marks to the paint finish.

The brightly-coloured pictorial inner card plinth is an excellent backdrop for the model. Vivid fresh card has a tiny slot tear and a little light rubbing to the black base due to contact with the model. Light end crumple.

First time we have ever seen an example with all of the accessories i.e. packing sponge with paper piece, rocket, card ring, larger packing piece & Instruction Leaflet!

Large pictorial outer box is bright, crisp and clean. Storage crumple at one end and a handling tear to the tuck-in part of one large end flap. Light wear besides.
