Notes
A collection some 35 years in the making. Please see our Blog on this collector.
Issued between 1966-69, this model has a crisp and original white finish, moulded red interior, and the first we have handled with these *bright green bonnet stripes on the bonnet.
Standard version has much darker green stripes, the blue striped issue is a little rarer but this version with vivid green stripes is an especially difficult find. First we have ever handled.
Applied racing numbers. Racing driver at the wheel. Spring suspension on all four wire wheels. Opening doors. Opening bonnet reveals a detailed engine. Fine original tyres.
Intact racing stripes. Occasional little dot to the white finish.
Box feels very crisp . Barely handled. Bright colours. Note the in the print ‘speckling’ to the card. Barely any age wear. Two little labels applied – one orange and one yellow.
