This six-piece set is a rare find – especially in this condition with items still strung to the original card insert and in the Meccano Dinky Toys box. Another exceptional early Dinky item from this collector.
This set comprises:
6a Shepherd in blue smock, with crook, and carrying a lamb
6b Collie Dog
4 × 2d Sheep, including one black sheep!
Tiny marking only.
Each figure is still strung to the original yellow card insert. Clean and bright with printed details.
This particular issue in the yellow lift-off lid box with printed Meccano Dinky Toys on the lid is so rare to come to the market place! Some grubbiness but less wear than you might expect for an early 1930’s set.
