This is the slightly later issue, made between 1959-61 with window glazing and a red-backed ‘Euclid’ logo at the sides. Such a fine Supertoy from Dinky’s heyday; surely every child from the mid 50’s-60’s remembers it well! Very difficult to find absolutely mint. The truck has a lovely, bright, light yellow, original paint finish, complete “Euclid” lettering and logo, and wording on both sides.
A few incidental marks only. Still displays well. Mechanism for raising and lowering the tipper works well. Such a bright metal winding handle!
The striped Supertoys box is bright, fresh and clean. Really close to mint, in fact. Includes the Quality Control Tag, too.
