Notes
Issued during 1970, this is an early Routemaster Bus with all the nice details not present in the later issues. Complete labels throughout. Cast wheels. Conductor and driver. Ribbed roof (without the usual box rubs!), jewelled headlights. Cream interior, clear staircase.
The cellophane-fronted box is bright, with intact original cellophane. Minor grubbiness and a couple of card inner tears.
Barely any age wear at all. Resistant end flaps. Remains of a price label at an end flap.
Not an easy variation to find.
