Notes
Issued between 1967-75, this is an early Routemaster Bus with all the nice details not present in the later issues. A vibrant red all original paint finish and complete detailed transfers throughout. This version has clear plastic over yellow stairs.
Bright cast wheels with suspension. Well-shaped original tyres. Conductor and driver. Ribbed roof (without the usual box rubs!), jewelled headlights. Couple of mere dots to the paint finish.
The card and cellophane box is complete and strongly-coloured, with a crisp feel. Smooth original cellophane has a small split. Light wear besides. Remains of a price label at an end flap.
