D162
Dinky 162 Ford Zephyr Saloon. Two-tone blue, grey wheels. Very near mint/boxed. In a lovely box. From The 25 Year Collection.
Notes
A most pleasing example of this classic Dinky car, with an all-original paint finish in two-tone blue and grey cast wheels. A fine Dinky car made between 1956-60.
Fine lustre, looks like old shop stock.
Shiny base. Smooth original tyres are well-shaped.
Hard to find a mark to the paint finish – note the faint glue residue at the rear number plate area.
The box is really crisp, bright and fresh looking like old shop stock. Correct colour spot. Pencilled number at an end flap. Tiny wear besides.
