This ‘Major Pack’ model from Corgi was issued between 1958-62. Pale lime green finish with black tracks which run easily and show no signs of wear.
This item looks as if it has spent more than 50 years years tucked away in its box. Very close to complete-complete transfers throughout. Dozer blade raises and lowers well.
Fine silky paint finish. Gives the impression of unsold, old shop stock.

Close inspection reveals a little casting flaw on one of the supports for the dozer blade. Minor pitting to a small section of one of the hydraulic rams. A few little dots besides (probably as-made).
The colourful lift-off lid box is an impressive, fresh example. Attractive full colour picture adds to the appeal. Period price label on one side of the lid. Tiny wear only . It comes with the both card packing pieces.

Extremely difficult to get these outer boxes so good – nearly always found with heavier wear and seam splits.
Although not strictly military, it is often included as part of a military collection too_.
