This finely detailed prototype model of Dinky 103 Spectrum Pursuit Car is composed of yellow plastic with pale blue semi-opaque ‘glass’ including the panels, a yellow interior, complete Captain Scarlet paper labels, silver trim. Intact roof aerial. Screwed metal base. Free-running wheels. Motorised wheel function on the base.
Note the small crack to the dashboard (minor).
A fascinating piece of Dinky history – we are thrilled to offer this Prototype Model for sale. Its significance is close to rivalling that of the Corgi Prototype Batmobile and artwork, from the same collection.
