It has been a long time since we have offered the VW Breakdown Truck in tan for sale. A most attractive item with a red VW emblem, detailed cast wheels, opening red toolbox and plated fittings. Both spare tyres stowed. 2 original ‘BREAKDOWN’ paper labels with Corgi Dog logo (as well as the chevron label) are ready to be attached to the model.
In very close to mint condition with just a minor rub at the front bumper.
Extremely rare to find this model in the card and cellophane window box presentation! We have not seen another. Very crisp indeed with a colourful scene on the box reverse. Bright and clean, and feeling barely handled. Original cellophane window has a very small nick. Note the ‘in the print’ speckling to the card. Intact card insert.
