C201M
Corgi 201M Austin Cambridge Saloon. Very near mint/boxed. Cream with green-tinted windows. Scarce. With colour promotional booklet. From a small cache of period unsold shop stock.
Notes
Issued between 1956-59 in various colour issues, this mechanical car has a bright, shining cream colour finish, flat spun hubs, working motor, green-tinted window glazing.
In all original and unused condition.
Couple of tiny body line rubs on this most unforgiving of colour finishes. Under close scrutiny, you will find a couple of casual factory flicks of cream paint – note the casual flick at a window post with the cream paint overlapping the window glazing on one side. Typical quick flick of factory paint hides a small window post chip.
The pictorial card box is clean and very crisp with resistant end flap hinges. Strong colours. A very pleasing example showing minimal handling wear.
Close to pristine colour promotional booklet is included.
