C406
Corgi 406 Land-Rover. Yellow & black. Near mint plus/boxed. Scarce with shaped spun wheels in plain stamped box. From 'The Monty Calme' Corgi Collection.
Notes
A scarce version of this sought-after Corgi model, issued during 1957-62. Original yellow and black finish with shaped spun wheels (usually flat spun) including the spare wheel on the bonnet.
Very nice!
Shiny base and well-shaped original tyres.

A little mark on each of the black roof ribs (probably due to box contact) – hard to fault otherwise.
Bright fresh paint finish – this Land Rover looks very attractive indeed.
The more unusual blue and yellow plain box with factory stamps at the end flaps is complete, crisp and bright. Light age/handling wear, including some edge rubbing, but no tears. Pencilled number on one side.
