We are thrilled to offer for sale this rare Gift Set, from the respected Tri-ang manufacturer. All models strictly 1:42 scale.
This set comprises:
1) Volvo P.1800, in red
2) Jaguar ‘E’ type in turquoise
3) Hillman Minx in suede green
4) Volkswagen Rally in beige
Models are graded near mint – very, very near mint. The Jaguar has a couple of paint touch-ins in a different shade.
Vivid and intact yellow interior card stand onto which the models are firmly fastened.
Correct yellow oversticker with printed Spot-on details.
Bright and clean lift-off lid has very minor age wear. Intact original cellophane window. Card base in white has some shelf/storage grubbiness on the underside. No tears or graffiti.
This set has survived largely untouched. Particularly sought-after.
