Notes
Issued in 1956, this Ford Consul is finished in cream. In fresh, original condition with flat spun hubs and a generally bright baseplate (few faint tarnished spots – very minor). Simple clean lines and a shining cream finish on this first Corgi model (with windows, of course):
Just a couple of little (box) rubs at the sides. The model retains a fine sheen. Period Corgi accessory number plates and GB sticker have been applied.
This model comes with its early blue picture box, complete and brightly-coloured with. No graffiti. Tiny start of an end flap tear.
