A first for QDT! This is a very rare Routemaster bus – one of only 50 made and certainly a rare find with this delightful signed letter from (Bill) D.J. Baxter the Diecast Marketing-Manager at the time.
The model has a few little marks but the all-important original yellow labels at the sides are intact and brightly-coloured. Couple of light edge creases.
Correct reflective chrome, plain box is complete with all end flaps intact. A little neat penned writing on the interior of one large end flap.
Rare to come to the market-place and unique to have this period accompanying letter.
