C801
Corgi 801 Noddy, Big Ears & Golly Car. Scarce version. Near mint plus/boxed. Perfect and original black faced Golly figure. From 'The New European' Collection.
Notes
Produced for such a short time, this Noddy car with the black-faced Golly character is one of the rarest Corgi models! Later issues of this model had the Golly’s face in grey or even a light pinkish tan colour. This is an authentic early example in original condition. Detailed cast wheels.
A little rubbing to the chrome. Little rub on the Golly’s nose.
The bright pictorial inner is close to mint with just one minor tear. Colours are vibrant, card is clean.
The colourful window box is dated 1969 on the reverse.Bright, and fresh-looking, with no tears or graffiti. Note the carefully replaced cellophane window.
A very scarce addition to your Corgi collection!
