Corgi Gift Set 1

Notes

This early issue comprises:

1) 1101 Bedford Carrimore Car Transporter in blue and yellow, with flat spun wheels and silver deck details. Excellent plus (due to blistering to the chrome effect of some of the metal parts). Addition of period labels on the cab window and at the rear. Intact Corgi Dog logo. Paint finish is close to mint.

2) 203 Vauxhall Velox Saloon in lemon, with flat spun wheels. Near mint. Speckled tarnishing on the base. Well-shaped original tyres. Period tax disc label added. Bright and clean early box with Corgi Club Membership Form.

3) 204 Rover 90 Saloon in oyster with flat spun wheels. Excellent plus with a few little chips. Speckled base tarnishing. Fine original tyres. Period labels applied. Decent early box with Corgi Club Membership Form included.

4) 302 MGA in red with flat spun wheels and intact windscreen.Very minor base tarnishing. Fine original tyres. Near mint , with period labels applied. Powder blue picture box is clean and fresh-looking, complete with Corgi Club Membership Form.

5) 301 Triumph TR2 Sports Car in cream with flat spun wheels and fine original tyres.Excellent plus condition, with tarnishing to baseplate Labels applied. Few small marks only to the paint finish. Crisp, brightly-coloured box (minor wear) with Corgi Club Membership Form included.

Early issue has plain red and yellow ‘Dummy Boxes’.
Original Instruction Leaflet is included too.

Colourful lift-off lid pictorial box comes with interior card packing. Little storage puncture to the base. Age/handling wear to the lid and a small seam split.
