Notes
A scarce set, issued between 1959-63, comprising:
i) 350 Thunderbird Missile in silver with a red plastic nose cone, on Trailer (RAF Blue finish with black plastic swivelling wheels, black plastic tow ring and metal clips to hold the missile in place). Very near mint with a little marking to the top fin.
ii) 351 Land Rover in RAF Blue finish with a tin tilt, flat spun wheels (shiny), tow hook, bright RAF roundel, as-new original tyres and spare on the bonnet. Pleasing lustre! Shiny base Few little ‘bloom’ spots on one side. Little pitting to one corner of the bumper.
Slim outer box is complete, if a little grubby now with a little age/handling wear. Note the printed instructions on all small end flaps.
