C358
Corgi 358 H.Q. Staff Car (Oldsmobile). Very, very near mint/boxed, with packing. From 'The Monty Calme' Corgi Collection.
Notes
This fine Oldsmobile military model was issued between 1964-68. With minimal and careul handling (recommend picking up by its wheels), it has retained its original silky matt finish. Delicate transfers are intact throughout. Complete aerial. Suspension on bright shaped spun wheels.
A wonderful, barely touched example.
Mere dot or two if you really want to find fault – tempted to grade this example mint.
The card box is very crisp, bright, clean and fresh.
Gives the impression of unsold old shop stock, complete with the original packing card piece which protects the aerial. Period pencilled price at an end flap.
One of the best examples you will ever find.
