Notes
This is a difficult to find non-mechanical version of the Bedford ‘FIRE DEPT’ Van finished in vibrant red with near perfect-perfect lettering and logo on the sides, black ladders, flat spun wheels, and a divided windscreen.
Shiny base and fine original tyres.
Several little marks to the paint finish.
The early blue 405M pictorial box is clean and brightly-coloured (a dedicated 405 box was never made for this particular model). Rather worn now with a coupl eof light punctures to the top surface (pressed back into place now) anda small seam tear. A little handling/age wear besides.
Few of these non-mechanical versions were made.
