C267
Corgi 267 Batmobile with RED TYRES. Original and rare example. Near mint plus/boxed (slim blue and yellow window box). From 'The Monty Calme' Corgi Collection.
Notes
Rare to come to the market place, this is an authentic example with original red tyres. Always an exciting Corgi toy, this high gloss example comes with both authentic figures of Batman and Robin. It has a bright chrome cockpit and launch tubes. Intact blue tinted glass. Original aerial. With gold tow hook and metal parts Correct that this version has a fixed (not pulsating) flame. Wheels are correct without the bat logos. Version with shiny chromed centres and red tyres. The original red tyres run well with no flat spots.
Original paint finish has a few minor marks front and rear.
Presented in the scarce slim blue and yellow window box. A little age wear now. The inner has a small tear to one of the side pieces (not evident until you open the box). The original cellophane is intact. Period price is penned.
The Secret Instruction Packet has been carefully opened and inside you will find the Instruction Leaflet with a wealth of Batman-related information on the reverse, original cloth badge and sprue of missiles (with 9 still attached, one loose and 3 deeper yellow missiles).
An exceptionally difficult model to find.
