French Dinky 36A Willeme Log Carrier Truck. Very near mint/boxed. Early issue - lovely example! From a beautiful, single-owner collection, some 25 years in the making.

A lovely first issue example of this early French Dinky truck made between 1956-59.
It has a lustrous paint finish, complete with six logs.
This version has the pierced detailing at the beam beneath the logs, and of course, it was later renumbered 897. Correct painted ridged hubs to the front cab wheels, rear four wheels are concave. A few negligible marks only. The correct early box is complete, fresh and clean, with vivid colours. Minor rubbing to the box base.Period price at a lid end.
