Notes
Issued between 1964-65, this is one of the range of exciting racing Minis produced by Corgi during this period. Extremely popular at the time, they are even more sought-after by collectors these days!
A fresh and crisp, authentic red and white finish on this racing model with a bright silver spotlight on the roof (which swivels). Bold print racing number ‘37’ on both doors. ‘Monte Carlo’ bonnet transfer and rear transfer are notably complete. Bright jewelled headlights and an attractive original finish on the silver radiator and bumper. Bright white roof has none of the usual edge nicks that can spoil the appearance of this great little iconic car!
Inspecting it closely, you will find a little lower edge nick to one of the door racing numbers, and a few tiny marks to the red paint finish.Minute rub to the tip of the roof spotlight (due to box contact).
The pictorial box is a real treat with day-one vibrant colours on clean, crisp, intact card. No tears and no graffiti. Tiny handling wear and a light crease at a non-picture side. Period shop label at a non-picture side.
Comes with the model specific leaflet & Corgi Club Membership Form.
