C251
Corgi 251 Hillman Imp. Very, very near mint/boxed. Metallic DEEP BLUE version with intact suspension. Complete with tan opening suitcase and Instruction Leaflet. From a beautiful, single-owner collection, some 25 years in the making.
Notes
Issued between 1963-66, this model has a bright deep metallic blue finish, yellow interior, shaped spun wheels. So often these models are found with broken suspension at the rear, since it is by depressing the rear wheels that one is able to fold down the rear seats. Please note that unusually the suspension is absolutely fine on this example. Shiny spun wheels and as-new original tyres.
Complete with the correct light tan opening suitcase and model specific leaflet incorporating the Corgi Club Membership Form.
A few stray dots of factory silver on one side – hard to fault otherwise.
The box is complete, fresh and bright, with no tears. Crisp. Very minor wear only including a crease.
