One of the advertising vans from this popular range from Dinky. This is a harder to find earliest version with cream wheels, note that 470 is stamped on the base too (DInky simply used up the 470 baseplates from the SHELL Austin Van, un-numbered baseplates were to follow).
Bright gold ’Nestle’s’ lettering on both sides, shining silver detailing at the radiator and bumpers. Smooth original tyres and a shiny base.
Not a trace of fading to the vivid red finish. Nestle’s lettering is complete on both sides. Very nice! Couple of little marks at the rear. Hard to fault otherwise. Such a wonderfully glossy and vibrant paint finish. The crisp, bright and complete card box has minor age wear only.
