Notes
A sought -after variation, this is a late version (production run 1955-60). It has an all original close to flawless* matt white finish*, with a rich light brown interior, blue driver and shiny spun aluminium wheels. Two dark blue stripes and racing numbers ‘31’. Complete with an intact original windscreen, driver and steering wheel. As-new original treaded tyres. Shiny base has a few little scratches.
In all original condition, this model looks as if it has been rarely out of the box.
Couple of tiny marks to the blue stripes. Little mark on the driver’s head. Tiny dot or two besides.
Presents really well.
The bright and fresh picture box is a fitting partner. Really crisp, with resistant end flaps. Tiny wear only. Period price at an end flap. Light crease.
An interesting and sought-after variation of this popular Dinky racing car. ONe of the best surviving examples.
